Admission process

Step One: Fill out the application. Include resume and photo. Write us if you any questions.
Step Two: We will reply via email to set up a time and place for an interview. Our interviews will either be held by phone or face to face in one of our offices.
Step Three: On acceptance, we will send you an acceptance package detailing the steps to finalize your participation with us. Steps include, getting your visa, signing a contract, clarifying special requests, and booking your plane ticket. Once these are all in your participation will be finalized.
Step Four: We will send you an orientation kit that should answer most of your questions about the program and give you supplemental information such as Chinese phrases, suggested games and activities with the students, contact lists, and more. Along with this we will send your passport with visa, if you acquired your visa through ACT.
Step Five: In late May we will have an orientation in Boston that will allow us to go over the materials in the orientation packet together, answer any questions that may still be lingering, and give all the participants a chance to get to know each other before embarking on the journey together.
Step Six: In late June participants will depart from their locations to Beijing. For those leaving from Boston, one of our representatives will travel with you and ensure that all the proper forms and procedures are followed through during your transit. On arrival in Beijing staff persons from our Chinese instituion will be waiting for you at the exit gate with a sign for your arrival. You will then be escorted to the hotel for the night. The next day we will begin our touring of Beijing's famous sites and from there the adventure begins.
